Dolce & Gabbana

Key looks
As with so many shows this season, the ethos was relaxed and luxe lounging was the order of the day in generously proportioned silky tailoring

Still with plenty of eveningwear touches, there was a nocturnal theme that joined the dots between going-out and going-to-bed as silky suits and pyjamas wove in and out down the catwalk

Jackets were kept sexily nipped-in and longer in length while worn with skinny ties – trousers bore the brunt of the volume and were always loose even coming with drawstrings on occasion.

Luxuriant all the way from the shiny tailoring to the burnished leather, while shirts came in confident diagonal stripes and loungewear sported Japanese kimono style jacquard designs

Deep and inky blue, warm grey and black all updated the classic look underlined with acres of white and touches of pewter and silver
