Asos and Childrensalon were the big winners at the Drapers and Retail Week PayPal Etail Awards on Thursday evening (May 24), scooping two awards each.
Kidswear etailer Childrensalon picked up the Best Customer Experience Award and Overall Excellence Award at the ceremony at the Grange St Paul’s Hotel in London.
The Best Use of Social Media Award went to Asos for its summer Sale and the etailer also scooped the award for Best App. Etail giant Amazon won the Consumer Choice Award.
BrandAlley UK took the Best Marketing Award for its ‘The Possibilities Are Endless’ campaign. The Best Pure- Play Small Etailer trophy was awarded to A Suit That Fits. Shutl/Aurora Fashions won the Best Use of Innovation for their 90-minute delivery service.
