Drapers launches Operations Forum

Drapers is set to launch its first ever Operations Forum aimed at the critical back office functions that drive UK fashion brands and retailers, with key industry leaders lined up to deliver insight and interactive work groups planned to share best practice.

This unique one day event, which will take place on 14 June 2016 at the Bloomsbury Hotel in London, will be packed with content and networking opportunities focusing on the mechanics of fashion retail.

With back office operations critical in balancing the customer proposition with the risks and costs associated with delivering an amazing customer experience, the Drapers Operations Forum will take a different approach to traditional conferences and include workshops and interactive sessions to enable attendees to understand, discuss and learn from retailers leading in this area.

Looking in detail at specific areas including supply chain, IT, legal, HR and finance, the speaker line-up includes Richard Gilmore, chief operating officer at Jigsaw and Erica Vilkauls, chief operating officer at Thomas Pink.

To attend the only event for operations professionals at fashion retailers and brands in the UK contact Delaney Martin on +44 (0) 20 7391 4528 or email delaney.martin@emap.com. For more information and full programme go to https://operationsforum.drapersonline.com
