Reiss’s trading director Gwynn Milligan has left the business after just eight months in the role.
Drapers understands that Milligan, who was appointed to the newly-created position in May last year from luxury private sale etailer Cocosa, left Reiss at the end of last month.
The circumstances surrounding Milligan’s departure are unclear although it is thought that she does not have another role currently.
While at Reiss, Milligan took on overall responsibility for the buying and merchandising function, overseeing both menswear and womenswear.
Milligan was at Cocosa for just six months before she joined Reiss. Prior to that she worked for etail giant Asos in various roles including merchandising director and commercial director.
The departure follows the news two weeks ago that Reiss had lured back former womenswear design director Lisa Richardson to help boost its womenswear sales.
Reiss declined to comment.
