Fashion Scout opens for entries

Emerging designer launch platform Fashion Scout has officially opened its applications for London and Paris Fashion Week.

Up and coming designers can apply for the Ones to Watch section and womenswear designers can also apply for Fashion Scout’s Merit Award.

The Merit Award, which has been won in past seasons by the likes of William Tempest and David Koma, is worth £25,000 over three seasons and includes a fully sponsored catwalk show and a £1000 bursary in the first season.

Applicants can also apply for catwalk, presentation and salon shows, in both the London Fashion Week Exhibition and the Fashion Scout Paris Showroom.

Successful designers will be hand-selected by a panel of industry experts who will judge them on their creativity, quality of work and business potential.

Applications close on May 8.
