Ready for winter? Tommy Hilfiger is, unveiling its new look ads ahead of the new season.
It might finally be starting to feel like summer outside but as always, fashion waits for no one and next season’s autumn 15 advertising campaigns have already started to be revealed.
Today was the turn of Tommy Hilfiger, a label that is known for putting together consistently strong ads that drive home its brand ethos.
Taking inspiration from its autumn 15 womenswear catwalk show in New York, which was staged on a full-sized American football pitch, the campaign focuses on a preppy, all American sporty theme but with a fun and irreverent quirk and a diverse mix of models – typically Hilfiger.
It’s also interesting to note that while this is a winter collection, see the scarves and coats on most models, the sunny exterior shots and mix of some lighter weight items offer a broader, global appeal, nodding to the fact that half the world won’t be in winter when this product drops into store.
