Folk opens fourth UK store

UK contemporary men’s casualwear label Folk has bolstered its store portfolio with the opening of a fourth UK store.

The 800 sq ft store is located on Shepherd Street in Mayfair and stocks the brand’s full range of menswear as well as footwear for both men and women. When the brand launches a womenswear line next year this will also be stocked in the store.

The new shop bolsters Folk’s London store portfolio with three other shops in the capital based on Lambs Conduit Street and Drey Walk. Folk also has a store in Munich.

The store’s design uses wood cladding and marble as well as rope hung lights.

Folk has over 250 wholesale accounts worldwide including Liberty, Selfridges, Bon Marche and Mr Porter.

Folk had previously discussed its expansion plans and in 2009 Drapers reported the brand planned to open five stores within two years.
