Italian footwear brand Geox has opened its 13th store in Hong Kong yesterday (November 20), the brand’s first flagship store in Asia.
The 1, 722 sq ft store, located on Queen’s Road in Central, Hong Kong, will carry Geox’s full range of men’s, women’s and kid’s footwear as well as the brand’s apparel offer.
“Our growth in Hong Kong is an important milestone for Geox’s global expansion plans,” said Mario Moretti Polegato, founder and president of Geox.
“Through our single-brand channel strategy, we will strength the Geox brand and its distribution in these markets.”
The store is Geox’s 13th standalone store in Hong Kong and according to Polegato, the brand plans to grow this to 20 within a year.
The official opening of the Hong Kong flagship was attended by footwear designer Patrick Cox, who has been designing capsule ranges for Geox since spring 12.
