Harrods to expand accessories department

Luxury department store Harrods is nearing completion on its expanded accessories department, doubling the space from four to eight rooms - equivalent to more than 40,000 sq ft.

The ground floor is dedicated to mono-brand boutique-style concessions across handbags, scarves, jewellery, watches and wallets and will feature brands including Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Tom Ford and Dior.

On the lower ground floor another luxury accessories room will feature the likes of Zagliani, Analeena and Ethan K alongside contemporary brands including Victoria Beckham, Pucci and Christian Louboutin. Coach will open there in October.

Also on the lower ground floor two new rooms dedicated to designer accessories will open featuring Acne, MCM, Pierre Balmain and Tila March while DVF, McQ, Tory Burch and See by Chloe.

Simon Longland general merchandise manager accessories at Harrods, said: “This significant investment heralds Harrods as the number one destination for luxury accessories.”
