High street retailers H&M and Whistles are taking to the catwalks for the first time at two high profile fashion weeks.
Swedish chain H&M is debuting at Paris Fashion Week, sending a collection down the runway on February 27.
Whistles will host two sittings of a salon show on February 17 during London Fashion Week to unveil its autumn 13 Limited Edition line.
Although Whistles hosted an event during last season’s London Fashion Week, this is the first time the retailer has held a formal show.
The decision by H&M and Whistles to show during the upcoming fashion weeks follows the news last week that River Island would debut its new Rihanna collaboration during London Fashion Week.
