How do you strike the right balance between inventory and customer satisfaction?


The classic battle between cost and customer. The latter has to take precedence but there are ways to ensure delighting your customer does not break the bank. Three key things are needed: real-time visibility of your inventory, shared inventory across all channels and a diverse fulfilment capability.
