Jimmy Choo encourages users to engage with the label

Luxury footwear label Jimmy Choo has launched an interactive section on its website which allows users to share their personal Jimmy Choo experiences.

The Choo Collection encourages users to tell of their personal experiences with Jimmy Choo shoes in ‘My Choo Stories’ and celebrities including Elle Macpherson, Sienna Miller and Liz Hurley are among the first contributors. The most touching story will win an exclusive pair of shoes from the 15thAnniversary Crystal Collection. The section, which also includes information on the Crystal collection of shoes for the company’s 15th anniversary, sits on a deciated part of the Jimmy Choo website.

Founder and chief creative officer Tamara Mellon said: “There are so many people who feel a sense of connection to the Jimmy Choo brand. It has always been my vision to capture the hearts of women around the world and I am thrilled to give the passionate community of Jimmy Choo fans a stronger voice on jimmychoo.com.”

Chief executive Joshua Schulman said the website is the fastest growing Jimmy Choo store in the world. He added: “With today’s announcement and the launch of ‘The Choo Connection’ and ‘My Choo Stories’ on JimmyChoo.com, we will be adding a sense of community to what is already a strong commercial platform.”
