Scarf brand Lily and Lionel unveiled its British seaside-inspired scarf collection, in collaboration with artist David Bebber, at London department store Liberty. British Fashion Council chairman Harold Tillman joined in the fun to become Punch to Lily and Lionel founder Alice Stone’s Judy.
