WHAT Giles Deacon for Sky Ride Collaboration

Designer Giles Deacon has teamed up with Sky Ride, a scheme that encourages people to cycle, to create an exclusive cycling bag – aimed at giving women something stylish yet practical for their pedal to work. In two colours, hot pink and turquoise, the bag has a badge referencing Deacon’s spring 13 range.

Representatives from charity The Fashion & Textile Children’s Trust (FTCT) were out in force at the recent edition of Pure London, in its role as the trade show’s chosen charity. FTCT raises funds for the children of those who work, or have worked, in the fashion industry.

Towie star Jessica Wright launched her first range for etailer Lipstick Boutique with a party at London’s Sanctum Soho Hotel. The collection includes party dresses in fabrics including lace, satin and chiffon.

The guests Wright (pictured) wore one of the dresses from the range, while other Towie cast members played supporting roles.
