WGSN Boutique - User guide: Celebrity fashion

Every fashion demographic has its icons.

Kate, soon to be Princess Catherine, Middleton is currently the muse of choice for 30-plus women (arguably more so in the US than the UK,while the Beckham offspring are strong influencers of kidswear trends on both sides of the Atlantic. WGSN analyses the style of key celebrities every week and covers important red-carpet trends, celebrity product endorsements and fashion parties to ensure our customers keep ahead of the trends and people who will be driving their customers’ buying decisions. Here’s how to make the most of our insights.

You will find our celebrity coverage under the Inspire Me navigation tab. Simply click the tab to reveal the full Inspire Me navigation and then click on the Celebrity icon. The Inspire Me navigation can be accessed from any page within WGSN.

Once on the Celebrity page you will find our featured reports at the head of the page and, a short scroll down, you will find all our latest reports featured in one easy-to-access navigation bar. Scroll along to select the report you wish to read.

Should you wish to look at content by a specific category, scroll down the page further, where you will see reports broken down into groups. The first category is Red Carpet, which features an analysis of all the styles from key global awards shows, including the Oscars, Baftas, Brits and Grammys.

Our next Celebrity content category is Style Analysis, where our experts dissect the fashion, hair and beauty trends of the world’s most influential celebrities across all demographics. Recent reports include Kate Middleton, singer Adele, rapper Tinie Tempah and celebrity offspring Romeo Beckham, and Kingston and Zuma Rossdale.

Next up is Celebrity Product & Endorsement. This category highlights which celebrities are being hired to back which products and, indeed, which celebrities are launching their own products and fashion lines.

It’s WGSN’s job to stay one step ahead of the consumer and in our People to Watch section, we highlight those celebrities we believe will have the most influence on consumer behaviour in the future.

Finally on this page, we feature all the celebrity parties and gossip. Find out who wore what to where and which celebrities are most in demand on the party circuit around the world.

Remember, when you are in any of our reports, you can save any of the images into your personal My WGSN workspace by rolling over the image and clicking the heart icon, or open the image to zoom, print and download.
