Offer wi-fi in-store, don’t shy away from it. Make sure your online presence offers good information about your products and services. Upskill your store personnel so they know as much, if not more, than what is covered online. The two need to be in sync. Don’t just send shoppers away to look online, go on the journey with them and facilitate the shopping for them.
Make it fun and interactive. If you engage them they are more likely to buy from you.
