Jean Paul Gaultier

The Look
Leotards and high waist leggings referenced the dance studio whilst silky drop waist flapper dresses and slouchy trouser suits had a hint of louche Gatsby-esque charm.

Key Pieces
From revealing leotards with elaborate wrappings to classic suits with satin lapels or sharp shoulders and delicate negligee-style lace dresses, the presentation was nothing if no eclectic.

Fuchsia and lilac enlivened an otherwise sober wash from taupe and sand to black.

As with many of his peers, Gaultier too was seduced by sheers, showing chiffon and organza alongside his figure hugging jersey and undulating silk dresses.
