London Fashion Week: Preen by Thornton Bregazzi

After five years in New York, Justin Thornton and Thea Bregazzi returned to London with reptilian graphics and skins including python, crocodile and stingray.

Mix-and-matched with contrasting Breton stripes placed diagonally across the body on T-shirts and blouses with over-sized kimono sleeves, slips, shifts and wrap-around split skirts. Florals were teamed with the skins or combined as matchy looks, while sheer appeared as slits and panels cutting across pieces in peek-a-boo bars and revealing sections.

In short The years in New York have treated the Preen team well, with a complicated-on-paper collection creating a polished, modern take on femininity.
