One New Change, the shopping centre in the City of London, opened its doors to the public today.
The scheme comprises 220,000 sq ft of retail space, including 60 stores spread over three floors.
The centre is 94% exchanged, with 5% under offer and 1% in discussions.
Land Securities London Portfolio managing director Robert Noel said: “One New Change has been designed in sympathy with its rich architectural surroundings. The City mall will bring high-street brands, independent shops and unique concept restaurants to the City, to complement its world-class financial services and the area’s extensive repertoire of museums, art galleries and breath-taking architecture.
“By opening seven days a week we are changing people’s perceptions of the City and creating a new retail destination where the area’s rich culture can also be enjoyed by Londoners and tourists alike.”
Property agents CB Richard Ellis and Knight Frank act for the landlord.
