French accessories brand Longchamp has opened its first standalone store in Geneva, Switzerland.
Launching last week, the 1, 614 sq ft space spread over two floors is the largest Longchamp store in Switzerland and is located on one of Geneva’s central squares, the Place du Molard.
The interior design of the store follows Longchamp’s global store concept, already in place in the brand’s recently opened stores in Hong Kong and New York.
Chief executive Jean Cassegrain said: “This beautiful store allows us to have a prestigious brand presence in Geneva in the very heart of the city.
“We hope that our customers, who have always appreciated our products and craftsmanship, will be as enthusiastic as we are about this store.”
Longchamp is due to open a new London flagship store on Regent Street in the autumn.
