Matthew Williamson

Key Looks:
Brit king of boho, Williamson pared down his usually rainbow palette for the US audience this season, preferring to concentrate on elegant lines and sophisticated shapes in more muted, pastel shades. The tribal influences weren’t left on the cutting room floor however, with sequinned shrugs layered over embellished necklines, and strips of tribal beading creating the illusion of a waist on knitted mini dresses.

Key Pieces:
Williamson’s subtler take on colour was best exemplified on an ombred cocoon coat, cut high at the front with cropped bell sleeves, which appeared in shades of peach, sand and cement grey.
