Milligan expands with two key hires

Retail developer Milligan has announced two senior appointments as part of an expansion of the business.

Rupert Clarke, former chief executive of Hermes and a past president of the British Property Federation, joins Milligan as chairman.

Jane Wynne joins as commercial operations director from property agent CBRE. She was head of retail management at CBRE and has more than 20 years’ experience in the commercial property sector.

At Milligan, Wynne will take responsibility for developing and implementing commercial strategies across all the businesses’ development projects.

The appointments of Clarke and Wynne follow the appointments of Howard Penstone, formerly at Network Rail, as development director and John Stenlake as chief retail technology officer earlier this year.

Founder John Milligan said: “Rupert and Jane’s considerable experience in the financial markets and the retail property sector respectively make them first class additions to the Milligan development team.”
