Hawes & Curtis to launch made-to-measure suiting

Jermyn Street shirtmaker Hawes & Curtis is debuting a made-to-measure suiting service as it launches its second Oxford Street store, Drapers has learned.

The service will also be available at its Jermyn Street store.

The new Oxford Street unit was initially expected to open in August, as reported exclusively by Drapers, but it was delayed by a prolonged store design process. It will now open tomorrow ahead of an official launch next week, on 13 October.

The store will stock Hawes & Curtis’ full men’s and women’s wear ranges.

Hawes & Curtis operates another store on 156 Oxford Street, which will continue to trade. It is unclear how long it will stay open for, however a spokeswoman for Hawes & Curtis confirmed it will not close by the end of the year.
