18 Montrose finds permanent London home

18 Montrose, the retail concept developed by fashion distributor and marketing firm Fourmarketing, has signed on a permanent store in London’s King’s Cross.

The retailer opened a temporary “preview shop” in King’s Cross at the end of 2015. It has now signed on a 5,400 sq ft space at the £90m Coal Drops Yard scheme on Stable Street behind King’s Cross station.

The store is due to open next month and has been designed with as gallery, showroom and shop in one. 18 Montrose can already be found in Glasgow and Nottingham.

It will offer catwalk shows, product launches and musical performances, as well as brands including Stone Island, Adidas Statement Footwear, CP Island, Common Projects and Maison Margiela. The store will also have a 10m long sneaker wall.
