The midsole of the sportswear brand’s 3D Runner trainers are made from 3D printed materials and the trainers will retail at £240.

The 3D Runner was first unveiled in August, when Olympic athletes including heptathlete Jessica Ennis-Hill were gifted pairs following the Rio games.

Nike, New Balance and Under Armour are among the footwear brands already using 3D printers to create custom fit trainers.
