Adili confirms management changes

Ethical etailer Adili has confirmed that Caroline Gitsham has been appointed product director with immediate effect while non-executive directors Sim Scavazza and Christopher Powles have stepped down from the company.

Scavazza was previously Adili’s creative director and Powles was finance director. They stepped down from their executive roles in February, but continued as non-executives of Adili.

Gitsham joined Adili in October last year. She previously worked at Gap and Laura Ashley.

Adili chairman Nick Samuel said: “Caroline has quickly integrated into the Adili team and is demonstrating her considerable strength and experience in managing both the own label and branded sides of the buying operation. Caroline’s contribution has also been important in planning the strategic development of the company. We now have a strong executive team in place to drive Adili’s growth and look forward to a year of further progress.”
