Three shopping centres owned by the Frogmore Group have appointed administrators following a failure to pay their loans.
Broadwalk shopping centre
Arron Kendall and Simon Thomas of Moorfields Advisory have been appointed administrators of Broadwalk Shopping Centre in Bristol, Port Arcades Shopping Centre in Ellesmere Port and Belle Vale Shopping Centre in Liverpool.
The shopping centres will continue to trade as normal while the administrators develop a disposal strategy.
The Broadwalk Shopping Centre in Bristol is spread over 221,000 sq ft and contains more than 70 units.
Port Arcades Shopping Centre in Ellesmere Port is 346,000 sq ft and has 60 retail units, while Belle Vale Shopping Centre in Liverpool is 278,000 sq ft, and also has 60 units.
