Alexander Wang opens London flagship in Mayfair

Alexander Wang opened a 6,700 sq ft flagship store at 43-44 Albemarle Street in Mayfair on August 1.

The store is set across three levels and offers the complete range of men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, T by Alexander Wang and accessories, as well as the Objects collection.

Wang worked with Belgium architect Vincent van Duysen on store design, which combines luxurious features with more industrial elements.

“I’ve always loved London and I am so proud and excited to open my first European flagship store here,” said Wang.  “The multi-level space and the historical structure of the building gave us the opportunity to evolve our retail concept, and to adapt it specifically to this location.”

The new London store is Alexander Wang’s 25th store and its first standalone store in Europe. The brand also sells through its own website and a network of more than 700 stockists globally.
