Incoming N Brown boss Angela Spindler is to receive a ‘golden hello’, which could lift her earnings to almost £4m over the next three years.
According to the Independent, Spindler could pocket £3.84m by 2016, the majority of which is to compensate for shares she has left in exiting off-price retailer The Original Factory Shop.
On joining the company Spindler is entitled to receive two one-off share awards. The first will be 100% of her undisclosed salary over two years and the second us up to 200% of her salary over three years.
White previously earned £542,000 at the retailer, so estimates have put Spindler’s ‘golden hello’ at £1.63m plus an additional pro rata bonus of more than £500,000.
