Anine Bing to open first UK store

Premium US women’s and kids’ wear brand Anine Bing is set to open its first standalone UK store in Mayfair.

It has taken a 10-year lease for 3 Grosvenor Street on the 1,340 sq ft store, which is close to the new Crossrail station and brands such as Jigsaw and Mulberry.

Anine Bing is currently sold in more than 300 independent retailers globally, and has flagship stores in LA, New York, Paris, Barcelona, Madrid and Berlin.

The store was let by Royal London Mutual Insurance Society, represented by Savills. Anine Bing was represented by PF Retail.

Oliver Green, director in the Central London retail team at Savills, said: “Anine Bing’s decision on location underlines the depth of demand from fashion retailers for space just off the prime pitch of Bond Street.”
