Lingerie retailer Ann Summers has launched a click-and-collect service as part of a wider move to increase its multichannel presence.
The retailer has rolled out click-and-collect points in 130 of its stores, almost the entire portfolio, for shoppers to collect online orders.
Ann Summers has been working with multichannel consultancy eNova Partnership to join up its retail and online strategies. Earlier this year the retailer began trading through a dedicated Ebay channel for the first time.
Ann Summers multichannel director Andy McWilliams said: “We know that customers’ expectations are ever changing and the ways in which they make purchases is constantly evolving so want to ensure that we provide them with the services to fulfil their needs.”
