Arcadia’s multibrand fascia, Outfit, is to open a 13,300 sq ft store at Flemingate shopping centre in Beverley, east Yorkshire, on 8 October.
Outfit will stock womenswear and menswear from across Arcadia’s portfolio of brands, including Topshop, Topman, Dorothy Perkins, Miss Selfridge, Wallis and Burton. The new unit will feature a purpose-built footwear space, a personal shopping service and a Topshop nail bar. The store is Outfit’s 76th nationwide.
The Outfit fascia, which was first introduced in Nottingham in 1995, boasts some of the largest stores in the group’s portfolio and has grown by 50% over the past five years.
It opened a store at Stafford Riverside Retail Park last week, at Westwood Cross shopping centre in Thanet in February and at Kirkstall Bridge Shopping Park in Leeds, in October last year. It opened out-of-town locations in Hayes, Rugby and Banbury that same month, and the Peel Centre Straiton in Edinburgh in September 2015.
Peacocks and River Island also opened new stores at the 162,561 sq ft Flemingate retail and leisure development last week.
