Asos appoints new CFO

Asos has appointed former Britvic CFO Mathew Dunn to the role of chief financial officer.

Dunn will begin his role in spring 2019 and will also be appointed to the board of the company.

He takes on the role after former CFO Helen Ashton quit in March. Asos CEO Nick Beighton has been covering the role since her departure.

Dunn is currently CFO at soft drinks provider Britvic, and has also worked at drinks company SABMiller and EMI Music.

Commenting on the announcement, Nick Beighton said: “I’m looking forward to working with Mathew. He brings us a totally relevant mix of operational experience together with a history of implementing and overseeing finance systems at an international level”.
