Asos kicks off video partnership with Vevo

Asos.com has teamed up with music video platform Vevo to create exclusive weekly content featuring up-and-coming music artists.

Videos will be uploaded weekly over a 12-week period to Vevo’s DSCVR YouTube channel, while behind the scenes styling and interview footage will appear on the Asos channel.

The first clip was uploaded today and features an interview with a band called Vaults. Others artists to be featured include Sinead Harnett, George the Poet, Shura, Circa Waves and Darlia.

Vevo launched in 2009 and has a library of 140,000 music videos, original programmes and live performances, with more than 10bn monthly views globally.

Asos has 9.1m active customers, 3.7m of which are located in the UK.
