Asos.com has today launched a loyalty scheme, which will reward shoppers with points and money off for each purchase.
Asos A-List gives five points for each pound spent on the site and every 500 points unlocks a £5 voucher. Points will also allow shoppers to access Sale previews, exclusive discounts and invitations to events.
The etailer first trialled a similar scheme, known as Asos Rewards, with a small number of UK shoppers in 2014.
To support the launch Asos has partnered with Spotify, STA Travel, Krispy Kreme and Metcalfe’s Skinny popcorn to offer exclusive competitions and offers.
Retail sales at Asos increased 22% for the four months ended December 31 but the company said retail gross margin fell 40 basis points compared to the same period in 2014. Total retail sales jumped 27% to £446.9m at constant currencies while total group revenue for the period grew by 27% at constant currencies to £459.7m.
