The new store in Dunboyne, County Meath, will cost €3m (£2.3m) and will generate 80 jobs when it opens next autumn, according to The Irish Independent.
The site is set over four acres and will feature 35,000 sq ft of retail space, split between clothing, accessories, homeware, a café and a food market.
Last year Aramark agreed a buy Avoca for €60m (£46m).
