Men’s footwear brand Base London has appointed emerging indie rock band Missing Andy to be its new brand ambassador.
This is the first time that the footwear brand has had official brand ambassadors and Missing Andy’s members will now be the faces of Base London’s advertising campaigns.
According to Base London’s creative designer Lee Adams, the band was a natural fit as brand ambassador as the members appeal to the type of customer the footwear label is targeting.
“Sociability and charisma is a big part of the Base London brand make up,” he explained.
“The seasonal product offering has evolved to reflect this and provide a broader range of styles that fit into a young man’s life both professionally and socially.”
Base London’s partnership with Missing Andy coincides with the release of the Essex band’s second album, Guerrilla Invasion Pt 1 & 2.
The band will appear in a variety of advertising and in-store promotional material for Base London.
