Kingston upon Thames shopping centre Bentall has been put up for sale with a price tag of £200m.
Meyer Bergman which owns half of the shopping centre, along with Aviva Investors, has appointed CBRE and US firm Eastdil Secured to sell its 50% stake.
The deal is expected to be completed before the end of the year, according to City AM.
The shopping centre is anchored by Bentalls department store and attracts over 14 million shoppers a year. The owners spent £3.2m expanding the site last year with Superdry taking extra space.
