German fashion wholesaler and retailer Betty Barclay is launching a new brand called Betty & Co for spring 16.
The range, which will debut at Berlin trade show Panorama from July 7-9, is aimed at a younger customer.
The range, which features casual items including knitwear, denim and T-shirts, aims to “bridge the gap” between fast fashion and the main Betty Barclay range.
Product manager Bjőrn Krűger told Drapers: “Betty & Co is more emotional, younger and authentic. Modern day life is critical, and there is a focus on every day versatility, knitwear and T-shirt essentials.”
The range will drop in monthly instalments with a total of 350 items per season. Wholesale prices start at £8.50 and range up to £51 for a knitted coat.
