BHS will launch concessions with young fashion womenswear retailer Quiz and denim brand Ruby London as part of its turnaround plan.
A BHS spokesman said Quiz will go into seven stores and Ruby London a “handful”, both including the Oxford Street flagship.
Quiz offers dresses priced between £29.99 and £69.99 retail, while Ruby London offers jeans starting at £99.99.
BHS, which was bought by Retail Acquisitions for £1 in March, is also planning to open four new stores in the Middle East next year. It will open in Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Jordan in 2016 as part of a wider international push.
The chain already has 86 international franchise stores and said China, India and South America are on the target list beyond 2016.
BHS had its credit insurance withdrawn in January, but chief executive Darren Topp said the business had now been approached by “a couple of firms” wanting to work with the retailer. “It is not affecting us placing orders and we’ve already done all our buying for Christmas,” added the spokesman.
