Board changes at Koovs

Indian etailer Koovs has appointed Nina Amin, previously head of Asian markets at KPMG, as non-executive director.

Amin will take up the position on 1 February.

At the same time Koovs has reported that board director and chief creative officer Robert Bready has stepped down after six years.

Lord Alli, chairman of Koovs, said: “Nina is a strong addition to the board, bringing a wealth of audit, corporate tax and governance experience across British and Asian markets.

“She will be a great asset and we welcome her to the board.”
