Bonmarché appoints permanent multichannel director

Paul Kendrick joined Bonmarché as marketing and multichannel director today.

He has taken over from former Harrods director Alison Lancaster, who has being doing the role on an interim basis since June. The job was left empty when Sean Emmett departed in October 2014.

Kendrick joins from N Brown Group, where he worked for seven years, most recently as customer, financial services and international director. Before that he held a number of roles including group development director and marketing director. Previous employers include The Co-op and travel company Tui.

His responsibilities at N Brown have been absorbed by the JD Williams operating board.

Bonmarché chief executive Beth Butterwick said: “Paul joins us with a fantastic breadth of retail and commercial experience. His depth of knowledge across marketing, multichannel, customer insight, business development and financial services are a welcome support as we evolve our business growth initiatives.”
