Bonmarché moves to main stock market

Bonmarché has moved from AIM to the main stock market in a move that reflects its growth over the past two years.

The move is expected to raise the business’s profile but not raise any money.

A statement from Bonmarché today (October 19) said: “The company is pleased to announce that its entire issued ordinary share capital consisting of 50,018,150 ordinary shares of one pence each has been admitted to the premium segment of the official list of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market for listed securities at 8am today.”
