Manchester-based etailer Boohoo has given £100,000 to a fund for the victims of Monday’s terror attack in the city.
The Manchester Evening News victims fund was set up following the bombing at the Manchester Arena, which killed 22 people and injured 59.
Boohoo was founded in 2006 in the city’s Northern Quarter.
On Tuesday, the etailer’s official Twitter account stated: “Boohoo was born and bred in Manchester. It is the place we call home. As a sign of respect for all those involved, our channels will remain silent for 24 hours.”
