Boohoo.com saw sales surge by 132% to £67.2m in the year to February 28, its last full year results to be published before the business is due to go public.
Profits during the same spell rose from £249,000 to £3.2m at the Manchester-based firm. UK sales rose 68% to £43.8m, with international revenues up from £2.9m to £23.5m. Global sales now account for 35% of all revenues, according to accounts filed by parent company Wasabi Frog.
Boohoo recently confirmed it planned to list on the stock market in the first quarter of 2014. It is the third fashion retailer to do so in recent months, following Bon Marche and House of Fraser.
