Boux Avenue unveils new store in Scotland

Theo Paphitis’ lingerie label Boux Avenue has announced that it will set up shop in Silverburn Shopping centre on the outskirts of Glasgow this December.

The 3,000 sq ft store will be the brand’s second outlet in Scotland and marks the beginning of a strategic expansion plan for the company north of the border.

Chairman Paphitis said: “The key to our success has been listening to our customers and finding desirable store locations to satisfy the strong demand.  The brand has already been extremely well received in Glasgow city centre, where we opened our first Scottish store 18 months ago, so now the time is right to continue our expansion in Scotland with Silverburn.”

Retail estate property manager Hammerson also welcome the move.

Sheila King, leasing director of new business, said the brand was “a significant addition to Silverburn’s consumer appeal, satisfying a large demand from the catchment for lingerie and complementing the existing fashion mix”.
