Bread & Butter relaunches kids tradeshow

Streetwear show Bread & Butter has reintroduced a standalone kidswear tradeshow after it called off its Kids Camp tradeshow earlier this year.

Bread & Butter Youngstars will take place from July 15 to 17, shortly after Bread & Butter’s main tradeshow which will be held from July 6 to 8. Collections from kidswear brands will be shown in the Demin Base at Tempelhof Airport, Berlin.

In October Bread & Butter cancelled its kidswear show Kids Camp because of a lack of demand and a date clash with Italian kidswear show Pitti Bimbo. Kids Camp originally took place in July with 45 brands exhibiting.

Since the show was cancelled Bread & Butter held a brainstorm in Berlin to discuss options and decided to hold another independent kids event. A star has been chosen as the logo and a second brainstorming session will be held by the Bread & Butter team in Amsterdam in January.
