Bugatti opens first clothing store in London

Carmaker Bugatti Automobiles has agreed a deal for its first worldwide retail store in London’s West End, which will sell a limited edition luxury clothing, lifestyle and accessories line.

The Italian company will open a 5,400 sq ft store at 20 Brompton Road. The store will stock the new men’s Ettore Bugatti collection that was shown during Milan Fashion Week in January, as well as premium brands such as Parmigiani Fleurier Swiss watches.

Bugatti is also due to open stores in Beijing and Hong Kong later this year and further stores worldwide over the next five years.

Richard Scott, director at property agency Nash Bond, which advised landlord Criterion Capital for the store, said: “To have a world-renowned luxury brand such as Bugatti choose London for their first store confirms the capital as the number one worldwide luxury retail destination.”
