‘Building good relations and trust keeps customers loyal’

Keeping customers hungry for the next delivery of their favourite brand is something we all aspire to do.

However, if you’re able to get the right stock in at the right time, we have found it’s a recipe for success.

Backing winners is what it’s all about – which is great when you find them – but more importantly, retailing is about conveying the message to customers and getting an immediate response.

We have found over the years that nothing is more powerful than establishing good relations and trust with customers. Once you have this relationship, why else would your customers go anywhere else? The same can be said of agents and wholesalers. However, when appointments do overlap and we buyers get talking, it’s interesting to hear which brands are selling best. Sharing this kind of knowledge gives us good insight into what we can use to spice up our brand mix.

As the Olympics becomes all-consuming and London grinds to a snail’s pace, it’s a good time to take stock, have a breather from the buying season, research some more winners, put posts on

Facebook or tweet, and welcome our foreign visitors into the world of Pamela Shiffer.
