Coach appoints new European boss

US accessories brand Coach has appointed Fredrik Malm as the new president of its European and international divisions.

Malm will join Coach in the new year from Ralph Lauren, where he has worked since 2011, latterly as president of sales EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Previous roles include vice president of global retail at footwear business Ecco.

At Coach, he will oversee the directly-operated retail wholesale businesses in Europe, as well as its global franchise, distribution and travel retail arms.

Malm replaces Andrew Stanleick, whose decision to leave Coach and join beauty firm Coty was announced in August

Coach has also appointed Laura Dubin-Wander as president of its North America division. She is currently US president at Givency.

Both Malm and Dubin-Wander will report to Coach’s CEO and president, Joshua Schulman.
